  • Address: Cranmer Hall, Fore Street
  • Postcode: EX34 9ED
  • Telephone: 01271 879096
  • About:

Ilfracombe's 'Fore Street' is the established artisan quarter of the town, with a wealth of character, independent shops, restaurants, and a history of being home to various skilled trades.

Blossoming from Fore Street's crafting heritage, The Artisan Market will be in Cranmer Hall (The Table Tennis Centre), Fore Street, Ilfracombe every month.  This regular event is a fresh take on your usual craft event and celebrates all things 'handmade' and features over 20 local artisan makers and producers, all showcasing their creativity, alongside live music, children's activities, and a café serving homemade cakes on vintage china.

For a fresh take on your usual craft event, come and browse for a fabulous boutique shopping experience, full of the best makers, but with a whole host of other activities to inspire and enthuse. If you love all things handmade, artisan and independent, take a short stroll up from the harbour to the cobbled Fore Street, we are in the old School House, half way up.
