Set in 35 tranquil acres within our own private and picturesque valley overlooking Lee Bay, Lower Campscott boasts an enviably peaceful location.
Our unique mix of 7 holiday cottages and lodges (sleeping from 2 to 8 people) are all rated Visit England 3 and 4 star and provide a high standard of self catering accommodation for couples, families and groups alike, and are all situated to take advantage of the stunning sea and countryside views.
We are just minutes by car from the charming Victorian beach resort of Ilfracombe, the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde and just a short walk away from the South West Coast Path and the 'picture postcard' village of Lee, with its hidden coves to explore.
On site facilities include farm walks, outdoor play areas and games room, and animal feeding sessions for our younger visitors: and we are within easy reach of Exmoor, the Tarka Trail, Lundy Island and all of North Devon's numerous award winning attractions.
We are happy to welcome dogs and are open all year round.

Leave the M5 at junction 27 to join the A361 to Barnstaple (35 miles). Continue through Barnstaple, following signs for Ilfracombe and Braunton (A361), after 7 miles, at the Mullacott Cross roundabout (Cook Island pub), take the first exit towards Woolacombe (B3343). After one and a half miles turn right on the B3231, signposted on the junction to Lincombe and Lee, follow this road for another 1.5 miles and Lower Campscott is clearly signed on the left, just before the junction.
FROM THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE: Turn right out of the car park and follow the road to the second set of traffic lights. Turn right and follow the road up to Mullacott, where there is a large roundabout. At the roundabout take the third exit towards Woolacombe (B3343). After one and a half miles turn right on the B3231, signposted on the junction to Lincombe and Lee, follow this road for another 1.5 miles and Lower Campscott is clearly signed on the left, just before the junction.
Barnstaple is our nearest railway station (approx 13 miles) and connecting buses run from there to Ilfracombe. Alternatively, National Express coaches run from London to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple throughout the year.
