We are 10-15 minutes from the harbour, beeches and theatre. A good place to base yourself for exploring North Devon.

Road Directions

Tourist Information Centre turn right out of car park to second set of lights, turn right, left at roundabout into St Brannocks Road Lyncott is on the right opposite Bicclescombe Park road.
Leave M5 at junction 27, take A361 to Barnstaple and then to Ilfracombe. We are on the A361 as you enter Ilfracombe, opposite Bicclescombe Park Road, on the left.
