Newly refurbished cosy character self catering cottage within the curtilage of Hele's 16th Century corn mill and 200m from Hele beach on the South West Coastal Path. Ground floor: 2 steps down to fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table overlooking stream. Doors to small streamside patio area with table. Ground floor single bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower. First floor: lounge area with woodburning stove, T.V, second bedroom with double bed. Bed linen provided, please supply towels / tea towels. On road parking in Cornmill Close, closer access for loading/unloading. Pets allowed. The Mill tearooms & tea gardens are open to the public 11am - 5pm each day serving mill made cream teas including scones and Devonshire splits. Private use of mill gardens outside these times.
