The Olive Branch is the ideal place to relax & unwind & feel replenished. We welcome you to our beautifully restored Georgian Grade II listed house. Our exceptionally large double bedrooms have been very tastefully restored, all en-suite and with sea views. we also have a restaurant within the Olive Branch, called The Olive Room.
We are situated in Ilfracombe's oldest street (Fore Street) where some property dates back to the 14th Century. It is a quaint road leading both to the Harbour and High Street within minutes.
We also pride ourselves that within Fore Street it is known for some of the best restaurants in Ilfracombe. The oldest public house, dating back to the 14th Century is also in Fore Street.we have a restaurant within the Olive Branch, called The Olive Room.
We serve full english beakfast as well as vegetarian oprtions plus a healthy kick start breakfast. Our produce wherever possible is locally sourced & organic.

Road Directions

From M5
Exit the M5 at junction 27 onto the A361. Follow the A361 to Ilfracombe. Drive through Ilfracombe High Street and head to where the High street forks into either Portland/Fore street. At this fork take the left hand fork – this is Fore Street – Please continue straight down Fore street (even though there is a No Entry sign since delivery and residential vehicles are allowed to continue down this road). A few yards further down the road on the left is the Entrance to 56 Fore Street – The Olive Branch.
