COMPLAINTS ADVICE

In the unlikely event you are not happy about an aspect of your holiday accommodation we recommend you bring your concerns to the attention of the management of your establishment, so the problem can, if possible, be remedied at the time. You can also make your concerns known to the organisation that has inspected the establishment and again we advise you to do this in writing.
