Marsdens Devon Cottages has been providing holiday cottages in North Devon and Exmoor for over 40 years and has an extensive portfolio of over 350 VisitEngland graded holiday cottages for you to choose from.

Our properties range from quaint old fishing cottages for two, to properties designed to accommodate larger groups of eight or more people, whether that is a large group of friends, or a couple of families wanting to get away for a week. In addition to our large properties, we also have cottages and apartments within a close proximity of each other.

One of the great advantages of self-catering is the option to bring your pet. We recognise this and are delighted to say that over half of our cottages are pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your four-legged friend. The South West has a host of attractions, pubs, walks, and beaches that are all pet-friendly. In fact, here at Marsdens Devon Cottages we love pets so much we have created a map full of pet-friendly cottages and great places to bring your pet.

We are proud of the quality of our accommodation and are confident we can provide you with the perfect home from home. We aim to provide the best service possible to our customers and have built up a local, friendly and knowledgeable team based in Braunton, which can guarantee expert advice to help make your holiday a memorable one.

ACCOMMODATION PRICING

As a guide, prices are per room per night for hotels, guest houses, B&Bs and serviced apartments and per unit per week for self-catering accommodation. Prices are a guide only and may change on a daily basis.

CANCELLATIONS

Advise the establishment immediately of any change in your accommodation requirements. Please remember that when making a booking you are entering into a legally binding contract and any changes for whatever reason may be subject to a cancellation fee in addition to losing any deposit you may have paid. Please check at the time of booking with the establishment. We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance, this can be arranged through your chosen establishment or through your local insurance agent.

COMPLAINTS ADVICE

In the unlikely event you are not happy about an aspect of your holiday accommodation we recommend you bring your concerns to the attention of the management of your establishment, so the problem can, if possible, be remedied at the time. If there is no improvement you should call at the Tourist Information Centre and put your concerns in writing. The issue can then be investigated by the IDTA. You can also make your concerns known to the organisation that has inspected the establishment and again we advise you to do this in writing.
