Stay on a family-run working farm, with many animals. Stay in the recently converted barn adjacent to the farmhouse.

This an ideal base for the beach, walking and riding, being near to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, Exmoor and beyond.

The tastefully decorated rooms have beamed ceilings and all have en-suite, colour T.V, free wi-fi and hospitality tray.

Guests have own key and access at all times.

A scrumptious farm-produced breakfast, including homemade bread and preserves, our own sausages, bacon and free range eggs, complements the very high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Children are welcome, by arrangement, and a cot/highchair can be provided; all rooms are non-smoking; ground floor rooms are available.

Four of our 6 rooms are set with a double and single bed, and have room for a second single, if necessary. The other two rooms have a double and 2 singles in.

All our rooms can be let as a double, twin, single or family rooms.

Driving directions

From Tourist information centre turn right out of car park at second set of traffic lights turn right. Continue along St Brannocks road until you see the brown tourist sign on your right saying Mullacott Riding Stables and Mullacott Farm Camping Barn; from leaving the road, take the first turning right, and come up to the farmhouse (building on the right-hand side).

From M5 junction 27 From junction 27 of the M5, follow the A361 to Barnstaple; continue on the A361, following signs to Ilfracombe; on entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross, 300m from the roundabout turn left, at the brown tourist sign saying Mullacott Riding Stables and Mullacott Farm Camping Barn; from leaving the road, take the first turning right, and come up to the farmhouse (building on the right-hand side).

From Barnstaple - 15 miles Bus to Ilfracombe, get off at Mullacott Park and walk down hill to farm entrance.

CANCELLATIONS

Advise the establishment immediately of any change in your accommodation requirements. COMPLAINTS ADVICE

In the unlikely event you are not happy about an aspect of your holiday accommodation we recommend you bring your concerns to the attention of the management of your establishment, so the problem can, if possible, be remedied at the time. If there is no improvement you should call at the Tourist Information Centre and put your concerns in writing. The issue can then be investigated by the IDTA. You can also make your concerns known to the organisation that has inspected the establishment and again we advise you to do this in writing.
